Does anyone know if there is a way to block Facebook header images so that they work as a continuous ad? (as in these examples - http://reface.me/hacks/facebook-profile-photo-hacks/ ).
Its for the business fan page.
Any advice gratefully received!

There is no mechanism for blocking the photo stream. All you really can do (after you set up your ad) is to edit the unwanted images using the small X in the upper right corner of the offending image.
