Crystal reports, manual report formatting

Question

I am using Visual Studio.NET to create a web application using Crystal reports, is there a way I can format these reports in an organized way, except that it manually drags?

Yes, reports are XML files (in SQL Reporting Services, I'm not sure about crystal reports), so you can generate them :)
