Richtextbox advanced editing

Question

I want to use advanced editing features using RichTextBox. For example, bold, italics, underline, font color ....

I was wondering, how do I get a toolbar that will appear at the top of the RichTextBox with these features? And I was wondering if there is anything that would offer this functionality, or would I have to create it all myself?

I thought richtextbox would go with this panel by default, but that doesn't seem to either.

I really found what I wanted. Here are my results:

This option offers bullets and more. I chose this option because it offered bullets.

This option offers more base material.
