How to get the full url from document.referrer when it has special characters?

How can I get the full URL, for example, "http://twitter.com/#!/larrickchen" using something like document.refrerrer if it came from "http://twitter.com/#! / larrickchen "?? document.referrer returns only "http://twitter.com/" instead of the full path. I assume special characters (#!) Do this. Does anyone know how to deal with this ??? Edit

From Wikipedia :

Destroyer is a tool for removing the details of a link website from a link request so that the target website cannot identify the page that the request was clicked on to create the request.

From twitter, as I saw in Firefox, the actual headers of the HTTP request are as follows:

Host : www.google.com

...

Referer : http://twitter.com/

Even if I came from http://twitter.com/#!/nytimes . Twitter, which ensures user privacy without exposing the specific page the user has visited. Without controlling the content on twitter.com, you won’t be able to get the full link URL. Unfortunately.
