ASP.NET Output Cache Does Not Work on IIS7.5

Question

I use the output caching feature for a page on my ASP.NET 3.5 website, and it works fine on my local computer (Win XP / IIS5.1), but will not be cached when run on the development server (IIS7.5).

The code I'm using is below ...

<%@ OutputCache Duration="3600" Location="Server" VaryByParam="*" %> 

Does anyone know how to get output caching to work with IIS7.5? I browsed through StackOverflow and Google and cannot find anyone who has similar problems.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you rewriting the url in global.asax? This is due to this.

OR

You tried to switch integrated mode to classic mode because the built-in mode overrides the settings that work in IIS 6.0 and they do not work in IIS 7.5.
