I have never heard of any software / scripts for this, the fact is that you will not be able to import data in any case. Thus, the real backup did nothing.
However, you can use the export function for each category (csv, tsv, tsv for excel and pdf) to start downloading files with your data. Change the date range and click export .. and you can write a script to make it into a single file.
However, I have not seen automation for this before.
