Chrome with pre-installed extensions

How do I deal with the creation and distribution of the Chromium custom browser? It should be identical to the version of Google, except that some extensions are pre-installed. It should receive updates from the chrome-stable channel.

There are no provisions for this in Chrome.

Extensions are installed for each user in the User Data directory.

If you have such an opportunity, you can create a new user directory, install the necessary extensions, then pack and send this default user directory.
