Thematic Resources for Windows 8

Windows Phone Thematic Resources and WPF Themes for Windows . Has anyone found something similar in Metro style apps in Windows 8?

I believe that the ability to use the colors chosen by the user is crucial for applications to be announced in the Metro style. Is it too early for this to be present in Windows 8 in the dev preview?

In the developer preview, there is no way to dynamically extract system theme resources from the Metro application. "Light and Dark Theme Xaml" The MSDN example contains a copy of the current theme that can be used in your application.

This is priced and may be changed in future releases to simplify the process.
