Sitecore Web Forms for Marketers Preserve Item Effect

Question

How can I correlate the value of a form field with the name of an element created by Webforms for marketers to save the Create Element action.

At the moment, all created elements have the same element name, the element name is what you create a template from.

I think you can do the following:

• in the "Mapping Form Fields" step of the wizard, select the "Show standard fields" check box.
• display the desired form field in the __Display name field of the element

This should have the same effect that you would like to have.
