VS Web Setup Project Alternatives?

Can anyone recommend a better installer for web applications ? What do you use to deploy / install your web applications?

PS. What I personally don’t like about the Web Installation Project is that the IIS 6.0 Management Capability Feature requires the “management capability” of IIS 6.0. This upsets many of our customers.

I used Advanced Installer in the past and it worked well for me. The IIS features are in Pro version or higher, which makes it pretty cheap ($ 299 for Pro).
