Smooth scrolling in Delphi

For many years I have used browsers plug-ins for browsers (firefox / chrome).

They give an accurate feel for both eyes and navigation. Line by line does not flicker.

Is this feature possible in the Delphi editor? Or, for that matter, in any of the VCL TMemo / TStringGrid / TTreeView controls, etc.

I know that in TVirtualTreeView you can scroll by pixels.

The RichView package offers some options that you may like, such as TRichView . In addition, with XE2 you can set the elements of Double Buffered ExampleItem.DoubleBuffered := True; that will help smooth out the situation.
