Get "XOR Mask" and "AND mask" from the icon

Question

I need to get the XOR Mask and AND Mask from the Icon ( .ICO ) file.

If anyone can suggest a way how I can do this with Java, that would be brilliant. If not, do you know of any application that can get these two masks and allow you to reset them?
