Android Swipe View?

I don't know if you have ever heard of the chomp application, but the application has a layout that looks like the image below. I am wondering how they configured this so that I would use to do something similar for my own application. The interesting part is that when you scroll, there is no scroll bar, such as the horizontal scroll view, and various things, such as snap to place. Just wondering what I should use to get the same effect, thanks for any help

ViewPager, perhaps?

This will give you an effect similar to scrolling between views in the Android Market. I guess the effect you are describing?

SwipeView is an Android UI that resembles home screens. You have several similar content panels that you access by looking left and right. When scrolling left and right, transitions between views are animated, so that the look in focus follows the finger http://droidweb.com/2011/03/implement-a-swipeview-in-android/
