How to find out that the user immediately deleted my application from his page?

I want to do something when someone deleted my application from their page.

Is there an API event that can catch it at that time?

There's a deauthorization callback. If you set up a deauthorization callback on your application’s settings page, every time a user uninstalls your application, FB sends a callback to your Facebook user ID with this. You can refer to it here , part of the De-authorization application.
