Custom Mobile Login Screen in SharePoint 2010

So, our problem is with the MOBILE login form in SharePoint 2010. We have an FBA, and it works great for non-mobile users. This is a user login that allows users to switch between AD or FBA. But the problem arises with mobile phones (iPhone, Blackberry, Win Mobile, Android) when they get to the site.

How to set up a mobile site login screen for sharepoint 2010? Has anyone done this?

Change 1:
The default mobile login screen behavior is strange, only FBA users can log in, not A / D users.

Edit 2:
I know that my iPad works great in Sharepoint 2010 using my A / D account in a user login form. The problem occurs when I go to the iPhone. So what are you saying that the mobile login screen only supports FBA for the reason that A / D accounts will not work?

Edit 3:
We tested the phone on Windows 7, and it supports standard input and does not automatically redirect to a mobile page. So Win Phone 7 is not a problem. The main problem is the iPhone and Android, as they go to the mobile login, which currently only supports FBA users. Our custom non-mobile login form we created automatically processes the A / D login based on the user code we wrote. Ideally, we would like to have a mobile point for the user login page that we created. But we cannot find how this is established.

In the interest of others facing a similar problem, here is our alternative.

In the SharePoint 2013 Application Management application, highlight the web application and select Authentication Providers. Select the FBA and on the Custom Sign In page and add “? Mobile = 0” to your FBA URL, for example:

You do not need to create a custom login screen.

To open a web application, follow these steps: on mobile phones (iPhone, Blackberry, Win Mobile, Android)

  • Go to Inetpub (in the default driver (usually c))
  • Go further to wwwroot \ ws \ virtualdirectories
  • Browse to your application folder (port number)
  • Go to the App_Browsers folder
  • Open compact.browser file in notepad
  • Find "Iphone" or any other device that requires your application . As a result, you will get an XML tag for iphone safari browser, see the example below:

  • set to false in the following element:

Similarly, there is an XML browser tag for each mobile device (Android, BlackBerry, etc.), just change the value of isMobileDevice to false

hope this helps - Sumit (courtesy of Ishaan)
