VPN Hidden API for Apple iOS

Question

someone has information on the Apple API for accessing the SSL and VPN capabilities in iOS. Oddly enough, Apple does not talk about this, asking them they did not answer about it, while some software released as Juniper, Cisco, etc., did a good job.

iOS 8.0 now includes a network expansion infrastructure. It is not documented on developers.apple.com, but in the Features panel, you simply switch to Personal VPN and it is added to the project for you ... then you can view its headers.

I just discovered this, and now I'm digging, so I no longer understand, but you go there.
