Stop showing CSS Outline window in Visual Studio while editing CSS files

Whenever I go to the CSS file, the CSS Outline window appears - how can I stop it, it's annoying!

I finally thought that I figured out a way to do this:

• Click on the small down arrow in the upper right corner of this annoying window.
• Click "hide."

Seems to work!
