With Jira 5, you can determine the order of the fields in screen :
- In the
Add Field form at the end of the Configure Screen page, select the fields / that you want to add to the screen from the Fields to Add list. - (information) If you want, specify a number representing the position in which the field should be added relative to other fields.
- (check) Use the numbers shown in the Position table as a guide. on which the field will be placed by entering the position number in the position.
- (information) If you select several fields and specify a position, then the topmost selected field will be placed in the corresponding position, and the remaining fields will be placed under it.
- Click the Add button.
So, if you have access to the administrative part of Jira, where you can define / update the screens associated with this form, then yes, you can determine the order of these fields.
