Unknown value HZ

I get a message that is output from a Linux application (Qt C ++) running on the ARM platform:

Unknown value of HZ! (108) Suppose that 100.

This output periodically appears in different applications with different values in brackets.

It started when I switched from glibc to eglibc-based toolchain for building applications, kernel and file system.

It seems that it does not cause any negative consequences, at least it is not of a direct nature.

Can anyone explain what this means?

For my Linux CentOS 5, this means the server has been hacked. See how it happened.
