Use changes in TFS in version number

Question

I saw that "tf changeset / last / i" is referred to as the answer when getting the last version number of the changeset to use in the msbuild version number, but cannot find any additional information about where this is located? I am using VS2010 and TFS2010 and am trying to use a change set instead of a version number.

Any help?
