I DRAWED the video to a Chinese tablet without a flash from Youtube in HTml5 format, and the quality was very poor.
It plays fine without a flash, but I would like for high-quality video in this .3gp format for a tablet.
I think it was intended for a mobile phone that is not on Wi-Fi, and only using a network under 3G

Is there a way to specify the quality of a .3gp file via rtsp as:
