I don’t understand in iTunes the meaning of the Effective Date of the price and price level. Please can someone explain these fields to me?

The values ​​of these fields are clearly stated in the section "Tariff Price Level Changes" in the current iTunesConnect Developer's Guide . In short, they relate to the beginning and end date of a price change. For example, you can set your application to change the price for the first part of the month, and then return to the previous price on the 15th of the month (or any other date).
