Need to make a vertical timeline

Question

I need to create a vertical javascript timeline, as shown below, which is now created with flash. Can someone give me a link plugin? Or kindly advise me if this is possible using javascript or javascript frameworks. I am a little versed in javascript and jquery airplane.

all this is done in flash. you can achieve this in javascript (specifically with css), but there is no direct method for this. Even in a flash, this was not done by the direct method. It took some effort to synchronize the movements of the timeline and the path of events. start by developing a custom scrollbar using javascript and css, and then create the rest.
