Nokia S40 Application Development

I am an Android Developer . I want to develop applications for my Nokia c2-00 phone. I don't know anything about the nokia app, but I really like to make applications. Thus, friends can advise me where I start reading for application development, and also offer important links for source codes .

1) In which language apps will be developed. 2) which IDE can be used for application development. 3) which database can be used to store data.
