Something for visual CSS structures and compare them

I'm looking for a tool to help with some CSS editing, but I don't plan on using it in what seems like a normal way.

I have a website that gets reskin, we already have CSS files with the changes since it already applies to the corresponding website.

What I ideally want is some kind of editor that will help me visualize the structure or hierarchy of the old CSS and the new CSS, so that I can more easily find classes that will intersect nicely, classes that require customization, and classes that need to be created with zero.

I'm not worried about automatic completion, or able to instantly view changes or something like that, what I really want is just an easy way to view and go through it.

Does anyone know anything that can do this? Ideally free or open source, but all suggestions are welcome.
