ITunes connects to the physical when you purchase the application

Question

I know that the apple does not allow you to physically buy applications, but can I do this when the user clicks the buy button, I will use the web view to download the URL of a site such as amazon, etc., and from there the user can purchase his desired product. will this apple allow it? plz.
