I have 8 slave computers and 1 main computer to run Hadoop (ver 0.21)
some cluster datanodes were suddenly disconnected when I ran MapReduce code using 10 GB data. After all the handlers finished and about 80% of the reducers were processed, one or more datanode were randomly disconnected from the network. and then other datanodes begin to disappear from the network, even if I killed the MapReduce job when I found that some datanode was disabled.
I tried changing dfs.datanode.max.xcievers to 4096, disabled the fire walls of all node computers, disabled selinux and increased the number of restrictions on opening a file to 20,000 but they didn’t work at all ...
Anyone have an idea to solve this problem?
