Font Conversion - TrueType (TTF) to PostScript Type 1 (PT1)

Question

Anyway, can I convert my ttf fonts to PostScript Type 1 (pt1) format? I tried this tool ttf2pt1 (http://ttf2pt1.sourceforge.net/), which is mentioned a lot on the Internet, but it does not work (cannot compile on my server). Last update since 2003, so no big surprise. So, are there other ways to convert ttf to pt1?

http://fontforge.sourceforge.net/ should do what you need here.

I am very curious why you need this? Must be a very old application / framework?

Checkout https://everythingfonts.com/ttf-to-pt1 . It worked on a couple of fonts that I tried. Your mileage may vary.
