What toolbar does Delphi XE2 use for the project manager?

In my own projects, I would like to use the same toolbar as the Delphi XE2 IDE for Project Manager: with icons and the ability to display a title for each icon. I don't need drag / drop functions. Is there a standard component in Delphi XE2 that does this?
