Github for Mac does not show differences in source code

Question

I have been using GitHub for Mac for about a week or so with great success. However, after automatically updating to version 1.2.8, github will no longer show diff for me in the .m file:

It seems like comparing other files, like the .pbxproj file:

I have a suspicion that somewhere that solves, and cannot compare, accidentally switched to the idea that the .m and .h files are not comparable.

This is fixed with Github for Mac 1.2.10. Update your customers.
