Accent characters like à, É don't work with google chrome + silverlight 4

Accent characters such as à, É do not work with Google Chrome and Firefox in Silverlight 4.

It works in IE.

If I set the Silverlight object windowless = false, then it works, but at the moment I used the RadHtmlPlaceholder control on one page and did not work.

What are the other options for displaying an HTML page in a Silverlight application?

What character set do you use for the control? Try to specify one that supports all the characters you need.
