How to enable xUnit tests in Visual Studio 2012 Express?

Can I run xUnit to test Test Explorer in Visual Studio 2012 Express? Or is there another, better way to do this?

I saw the Brad Wilson xUnit runner for VS2012 , but it does not allow installation in Express. I extracted VSIX and edited the manifest to allow support for VWDExpress, which allowed it to be installed, but Run All Tests does not work.

No, Visual Studio Express Edition does not support third-party add-ons.
