How to set default Tridion templates using Template Builder?

I want to install the default Tridion 2011 templates using Template Builder. I select Tools, Create Default Building Blocks, select a folder and select OK. I tried this on the server and locally using Template Builder.

He waits for about 1 second and talks about success. I see new default templates for folders in Tridion, but there are no templates there.

I'm really curious about the default Finish Actions TBB.

Is there any other way to set TBB by default?

That sounds a little weird. Have you checked if there is another folder in the "Default Templates" section and maybe you imported there? What folder did you choose when creating the default templates.
