Google cloud sql: How many applications for each instance?

I am using the D1 size of a Google sql cloud instance and billing is activated. A few days before I can only create 3 authorized applications with this instance. When I tried to create more than three, it will show "You have reached the maximum number of allowed applications." But now I can create more than 5 applications. Then what is the actual number of authorized applications that can connect to one instance.

There is no limit. It appears that the console still has some remaining balance. We will fix it.
