DB2 equivalent [ColumnName]

Question

In T-SQL, you can use square brackets to get around the fact that some database developers used the reserved keyword as the column name or put a space in the column name as such:

Select [Date] as OrderDate From Orders 

or

 Select [Order Date] as OrderDate From Orders 

I could not find the equivalent for DB2.

We have a file that was created long ago with fields that contain what I suspect are illegal characters. For sql. The file works fine when accessing the RPG, but when accessing through SQL, it causes an error.

Try using double quotes around the name.
