QuickLisp cannot install LIBSSL for Hunchentoot

I installed CLisp today on my Win7 PC. Please do not criticize my choice of environment, but if this particular installation has disadvantages related to Quicklisp and Hunchentoot, feel free to specify them. I downloaded and installed Quicklisp and tried to use it to get Hunchentoot - however, it looks like I have errors.

I type (ql: quickload "hunchentoot") and everything seems to be fine, but on the one hand is CL + SSL? For some reason this component will not be installed. Anyway, here's the conclusion:

*** - Unable to load foreign library (LIBSSL). FFI:OPEN-FOREIGN-LIBRARY: Cannot open library "libssl32.dll"

Does anyone know what this means, or how can I install this elusive library? I tried installing CL + SSL through Quicklisp and I got the same error. "Unable to open libssl32.dll library"

EDIT: I tried installing Hunchentoot with a LispBox and got the same error.

Quicklisp installs only ASDF systems. Then, if you look at the CL+SSL documentation, you can read:

Note that you need the libssl-dev package on Debian to load this package without manual configuration. OpenSSL binaries for Windows may be found at http://www.slproweb.com/products/Win32OpenSSL.html (slproweb.com is a 3rd party; if you have questions about the OpenSSL installer they provide, please ask in the mailing list specified on the linked page).

Inclusion: you must install OpenSSL yourself.

For future potential participants: Installing / loading Drakma (under Windows 8, but possibly not only winning) using Quicklisp with lispbox (again, not limited to this) the same error will be output.

A quick and dirty solution is to use the "skip loading of package" option, which should leave you with working Drakma without SSL :)
