Eclipse Juno shortcut keys affecting an invisible window

This is a very strange problem: after some time working with Eclipse Juno and opening several classes, when I have Ctrl-V or Ctrl-A, this affects not the selected and visible window / class, but another that is not visible, I hope this is clear , what I mean. Has anyone else experienced this? OS - Mint 13.

Do you use development tools for Android? If so, there are two known errors about this. One of them was fixed in ADT 20, the other is still open with ADT 20.0.1.
