In Xcode, the Bundle name in the info.plist file does not change the package name (.app file name)

I am developing an application for the iPhone.

I changed the Bundle name to info.plist.
But .app will not change with <project name>.app .

* .app file is displayed in the Products folder at the bottom of the Project Navigator (on the left side of the screen).

I believe that the .app file is called bundle , and the Bundle name should change the name of the .app .
Am I mistaken or is something missing?

the application name (also the display name) is set by a variable called the product name .U can change this in the build settings for the target

I do not know if I asked the question correctly!

but if you just want to change the name of the project, you can just click on the name of the project in the project navigator twice with an interval of one second between two clicks!

if you want to change the name of the application, it will appear on the iPhone

you can write it in infoplist.strings like this

"CFBundleDisplayName" = "youAPPName";

Hope this helps
