Question

I have this error in IIS, but the localhost site works well.

Failed to load file or assembly "EntityFramework" or one of its dependencies. This assembly is built using a runtime that is newer than the currently loaded runtime and cannot be loaded.

Check IISPool for the website and use it in the latest version of .Net. This will solve your problem.
