Mercurial - pull out all deleted bookmarks without knowing the names?

Is there an option in Mercurial that allows me to delete all deleted bookmarks without prior notice of their names?

The Mercurial Bookmarks page mentions that when I clone a repository, I get all bookmarks.

However, in a situation where I already have a repository, create several heads, each with a bookmark explaining what it is, and push everything (including bookmarks) to the server.

When Bob pulls my changes, he is going to get all the hanging heads that I created, and it can be hard to tell which one he should work for.

If he still gets a lot of hanging heads from my changes, I want him to at least get the bookmarks that go with them so that he can see what is happening! (Usually my default branch is my dev branch, which has a โ€œdevโ€ tab and many other โ€œbookmarkedโ€ functions. I donโ€™t want them to be branches because they wonโ€™t last long โ€” I want Bob to be in able to know immediately which head corresponds to what he wants to work on).

greetings.

hg incoming -B shows deleted bookmarks.

In hg 2.3 you should automatically get all deleted bookmarks when clicked.

  • bookmarks: by default, new bookmarks are added from the remote server.
