Now, returning to being constructive, I suggest you find a couple of online dictionary sites and look at their API (I know that dictionary.com has a free API) and see if you can use it to access only the word is broken into syllables from the search.
Unfortunately, from what I read, it looks like you really need a dictionary of words separated already for verification, and there are no standalone versions there.
