I spent the last few days testing in app purchases, and I can see that something has changed on Google Play. Since yesterday, I get other answers in some cases, and even the magazines in my Google Wallet are different from the previous ones (see the screenshot below).

Here is my problem
Let's give him this scenario:
- Try to buy a product with a real subscription without funds on the appropriate credit card - it’s normal, Google displays a display dialog and advises us to check Google Wallet, so I'm going there, everything looks good (except that I don’t have money on my credit card - it’s it’s a virtual prepaid card, and another thing is that when I click on the link to update payment information, I’m redirected to my transactions).
- Cancel your order in Google Wallet
- Try to buy it again, and I get the message "You have already bought this item or purchased still pending" dialogue. Regardless of whether the transactions have been restored and how long it takes (now I am about 24 hours after the first attempt). I get this answer even if I have money on the card.
And finally, I can’t buy my products. So my questions are how to solve my problem? And what exactly has changed? With the exception of the magazines in the wallet and the time delays between the attempt to purchase and the cancellation of the notification without any means (now its an instant, but before 27 minutes it was a few minutes - first the purchase status appears, and then it is canceled).
