How can you connect to the Neo4j server plugin?

I am trying to debug a problem in the Neo4J server plugin that I am writing. Is there a magazine I can output to? It is not obvious where and how to do this.

Good question. I think you could use Java Logging? This should be routed to a regular registration system.
