I have a box with the text "Dill Down Facility Available" (see screenshot)
When the report starts, I want certain people to see this window.
The people I want to see in this field are contained in 19 different ADGROUPS
There will be others who run this, but I need them all to display a yellow frame.
If I right-click and go to: TextBoxProperties> Visibility> Show or hide based on expression,
I can enter an expression.
One of them, recorded in the screenshot, allows me to select the name of one AD person in the following format:
DOMAINNAME\ADNAME
However, if I put the ADGROUP name instead of ADNAME, it does not work, and instead, everyone can see a yellow frame.
Because the expression contains
User!UserID
I believe this may stop my ADGROUP name working as its USER search, although this will not explain why it allows anyone to see this checkbox.
Can someone provide an expression that allows:
a) 1 group name b) names of several groups
Thanks.
