Equivalent to MFMailComposer on Mac

Question

iOS has the MFMailComposer class, which allows the user to compose an email. What is the best way to open a new window in Mac Mail with pre-formatted email, as is done using the general buttons for Safari in Mountain Lion and Reeder?
