How to create tab delimited CSV?

Question

I need to create a tab delimited CSV of a query retrieved from mySql database. I am using MySQL Query Browser to retrieve data as CSV code.

Does anyone know how to convert a unit - comma seperated - CSV to a tab delimiter. I cannot find a way to do this in either Excel or Open Office.

sed 's/,/\t/g' commaDelimited > tabDelimited 

Windows?

Open notepad, press TAB, select and copy tab. Open CSV in notepad, Edit-> Replace ... fill in the first field and paste the tab in the second block and just replace everything.
