IOS Prevents the positioning of a fixed element when scaling

Question

I have a responsive site that has a fixed position: header> nav

I want the user to be able to enlarge the image of the page, leaving the position: fixed; element one. Is it possible?

Yes, I would think about it using jQuery. There are many response scripts that do what I think you are trying to accomplish. Try Zoomooz.js. You can find it on the Github website or authors.
