Cannot find Google Market licensing package in SDK Manager

I am going according to this "Setting up the development environment" , and in the "Download" section, "Launch the Android SDK Manager" and select "Google licensing package." When I launch my SDK and it has finished downloading the repositories, it does not display the Google Licensing application. Help!

It shows the Google Play licensing library, but the instructions on the Google website clearly mention the Google Market licensing package.

It looks like the name has changed to "Google Play Licensing Library" in the SDK Manager.

the name has changed to "Google Play Licensing Library." Open the Android SDK Manager and open the EXTRAS folder where you will find the โ€œGoogle Play Licensing Libraryโ€
