How to save the transparent configuration of huge pages after a reboot?

I used the method below to turn off transparent huge pages. But after rebooting, they are restored (turn on again).

echo never > /sys/kernel/mm/redhat_transparent_hugepage/defrag echo no > /sys/kernel/mm/redhat_transparent_hugepage/khugepaged/defrag 

How to save changes after reboot?

In /etc/grub.conf .
Add:

 transparent_hugepage=never 

to the string "core".
