Google Play orders made through in-app billing cannot be charged.

I added in-app billing to the application, and everything seems to work perfectly on the Android side. But orders in Google Checkout cannot be canceled, even if the status is paid, because the button "Order charge" is disabled. In addition, everything regarding order seems correct.

The same thing happens with the sample Dungeons app, so I'm a bit stuck at this point.

You give very little information about your problem.

What type of purchase are you using? If they are "managed by a user account", they can only be purchased once for a given user. Perhaps the charge was successful once and is now blocked (in this case you should use "unmanaged" purchases)

Or maybe I'm completely wrong, and you should provide us with additional information.

Yes, Google will block you from charging if your application is published or you register yourself as a test user.

Tested users can block when the application is not published.

You do not use the Charge button when selling Android applications. Charging is automatic.

The Charge button may be available for other products sold on Google Play, but it is useless for selling software, so it was gray.

In general, read: Payments in the application .

As part of Google’s verification, one of the potential reasons for this problem is that there is a period of delay in purchases to detect fraud, etc. (source “Charge order button” is greyed out .) Read more here: Setting up billing in the application and Google Checkout . This is typical when the “charge order” button is grayed out during this period.

I assume that this is not your problem, because it would have already been resolved. In can not press the charge order button, but the order is charged one of the most important points is indicated as

@sounddoctorin: if you click on the order information, you will see why - probably the order is in some pending “View” state, etc.

The fact is that if you cannot press the "Charge" button, this means that the order is still waiting for one reason or another.

For more information on charge conditions, visit Understanding Order Status .

If this still does not help solve your problem, I would like to find out why this is wrong. What other data can you collect?
